Nipple Covers and Pasties
Nipple Covers are also often referred to as pasty; breast pasties; breast petals; or breast covers. Though pasties are commonly associated with burlesque and erotic entertainment, they are also worn as an undergarment and occasionally as beachwear. When wearing a strapless or backless dress that does not allow for wearing a bra, nipple covers are frequently used to prevent the nipples from shining through the material. Pasties can also be useful to avoid irritation of the nipples from rubbing against the fabric of the outer garment. When worn under clothing pasties are sometimes called breast petals.
Variations of Nipple Covers and Pasties
Nipple covers come in disposable and re-usable variants:
Disposable Nipple Covers
Disposable, one-time use, pasties use a skin-friendly, medical grade glue to stick to your breasts for a firm fit. They usually come in packs of multiple pairs, so that a single purchase is good for several occasions
Re-usable Nipple Covers
Re-usable pasties are backed by a skin-friendly glue, but can be removed and covered with a protective film and then re-applied several times. Re-usable nipple covers made of silicon are self-adhesive and can be washed with warm water.
If you are a fashion orientated person and enjoy wearing clothes that require you to go braless, then nipple covers are just the right thing for you - they will help to prevent the high beams from appearing.
